1) Coco welcomed everyone to the new venue of the Sun Inn at Lepton. If Dale can't make it to Leeds take the "mountain to Miami".

2) The Treasurer, Dobby was unable to make the trip to Huddersfield. From the last accounts CLOSING CASH AT BANK 2011 = £275.00

However it is thought that a large loss (approx £100) was made from the tour with 4 people pulling out the week before we went so the B&B shortfall having to be paid from club funds. - Thanks to those 4 people!!!!!!!

3) The skipper stated that sadly the days of regular Sunday friendly cricket was impossible to sustain & that due to new commitments was now only prepared to run the side in a couple of end of season fixtures (Arthington & 1 other the week before; possibly Hunslet Nelson) & the August bank holiday 20/20 tournament at Olicanians; if we were invited again. Club founder Barrie said that this had been coming for a while & was pleased we had kept the club going so long & that it would continue in some (reduced) form!

4) All officials were re-elected wether they knew it or not unopposed!

5) After the debacle of 2011 the skipper was not again prepared to run/organise the tour. However vice-skipper Dale wanted to keep it going & was prepared to organised & skipper the annual sortie into Lancahire. He said he had received a lot of interest (not unusual in October) & stated his intention to get deposits from every one intending to attend. (good luck!!!!!) Caggy would again contact the clubs to hopefully arrange fixtures.

6) This year Barrie said there was no interest from the older ex players so the 50th dinner in 2011 could be the last for a while!

7) Chat mainly was about player movement & the exploits of Huddersfield town!!!!!

8) It was decided that there was nobody suitable for this prestigious award in 2013. With a maximum of 5 games a year it is doubtfull that it will ever be awarded again!

The meeting ended when Dale had to organise his pub darts team! & Coco was getting home sick!
